Our PR team is made up of only seasoned PR managers who have an average of 14 years of professional journalism and public relations experience. You can count on an executive PR manager, Karen Gleason or Mary Lynn Heath, to handle your work and not just a junior level client manager. GGC executives are more than willing to meet with their clients. Your Executive Sales Representative will always be involved. He will serve as a liaison of communications making sure clients are happy with the work they are receiving and that communication between the client and the pr team is clear and consistent. 
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement before we fully brief you for a pitch/campaign/ project? 
Yes.
What means of evaluation does GGC put in place for PR campaigns or activity? 
GGC recommends you set aside a portion (5-10%) of your PR investment for evaluation. Before a PR campaign or launch kicks off, we will agree on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-based) objectives, a well-defined strategy, media targets and a means of evaluating success. 
Does GGC have a global network?

How will GGC communicate with us and how often? 
GGC makes it a practice to maintain open and active communication with our clients on a monthly/weekly basis. You will also receive weekly/monthly progress reports, so you will never be left in the dark and ALWAYS see how your investment is paying off. We make sure to contact by at least phone meetings on a weekly basis. As much as possible we like to meet in person. GGC executives make themselves available all the time to their clients. 
Is the GGC willing to work off-hours when an emergency PR opportunity arises? 
Your success is GGC success so if an emergency PR opportunity arises, we will be the first to jump at it.
